For Toyota Sienna and Toyota Hiace Standard vehicles, luggage is transported inside the vehicle. Available space may vary depending on the number of passengers and the remaining interior space.

If you require additional luggage capacity, we recommend booking a Toyota Hiace with roof rack.

For transfers in Sedan and Toyota Hiace Standard vehicles, boarding takes place in the airport taxi area located outside Gate 2 of the Arrivals area.

For Toyota Sienna and Toyota Hiace with roof rack vehicles, boarding takes place at Gate 1 of the airport, located in the documentation area.

If we do not receive notification of the delay, your pickup may be delayed upon arrival. However, your transfer will remain guaranteed.

Cancellations due to personal reasons may be made at least 48 hours in advance. In these cases, a 50% penalty of the total cost will apply and the refund will be issued to the card used for payment.

If the airline cancels the flight, a 100% refund will be issued.

Rescheduling can be requested at least 24 hours in advance without any additional charges or penalties.

Baby seats are available only in Toyota Sienna and Toyota Hiace with roof rack vehicles upon prior request.

If you need to transport a non-foldable wheelchair, we recommend selecting a van-type vehicle.

If you need to transport an animal, it must be placed inside a suitable crate or carrier. For safety and hygiene reasons, animals are not allowed to travel directly on the vehicle seats and must be placed on the floor of the vehicle.

If the animal causes stains or residues inside the vehicle, an additional fee of $1,250 MXN will be charged to cover cleaning and restoration costs.
