For transfers in Sedan vehicles, luggage space corresponds to a standard trunk, with approximate capacity for two 23 kg suitcases and one 10 kg carry-on.

For Toyota Sienna, Toyota Hiace Standard and Nissan Urvan vehicles, luggage is transported inside the vehicle. Available space may vary depending on the number of passengers and the remaining interior space.

If you require additional luggage capacity, we recommend booking a Toyota Hiace with roof rack.

For transfers in Sedan and Toyota Hiace Standard vehicles, boarding takes place in the airport taxi area located outside Gate 2 of the Arrivals area.

For Toyota Sienna, Toyota Hiace with roof rack and Nissan Urvan vehicles, boarding takes place at Gate 1 of the airport, located in the documentation area.

Book your transfer with a deposit starting at 50%, or pay the full amount at the time of booking. If you choose to pay a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid in cash directly to the operator on the day of the service.

To ensure proper coordination of your transfer, in case of any flight delay we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible via WhatsApp at +52 473 181 05 25.

If we do not receive notification of the delay, your pickup may be delayed upon arrival. However, your transfer will remain guaranteed.

Personal cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service cost. The corresponding refund will be issued to the same card used for payment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service are non-refundable.

If the airline cancels the flight, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, minus only the credit card payment processing fees.

If the airline changes the flight date or time, your transfer will be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Personal rescheduling requests may be made at least 24 hours in advance, free of charge, for up to 3 changes within 2 months of the original service date.

Baby seats are available only in Toyota Sienna and Toyota Hiace with roof rack vehicles upon prior request.

To guarantee availability, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

If you need to transport a non-foldable wheelchair, we recommend selecting a van-type vehicle.

To ensure the availability of a suitable unit, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

If you need to transport an animal, it must be placed inside a suitable crate or carrier. For safety and hygiene reasons, animals are not allowed to travel directly on the vehicle seats and must be placed on the floor of the vehicle.

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance and select a van-type vehicle to ensure proper transportation.

If the animal causes stains or residues inside the vehicle, an additional fee of $1,250 MXN will be charged to cover cleaning and restoration costs.

Payments through our website can be made via Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit or debit cards including Visa and Mastercard.
